[Suggestion] Add my working backend

I've rescued this somewhat stale project (check my fork here) and deployed it on https://sessionweb.pages.dev using the backend URL https://session-web-backend.onrender.com for which I made a repo here.

 Note: the Render deployment is temporary while I work on a rewrite to host it on Cloudflare Workers.

I wanted to suggest you to use the same backend URL on your public instance. No matter if you currently can't cover the costs, if your planned rewrite of the client using session.js is not done yet, or whatever other reason, it would benefit many users, since not everyone has the knowledge to build and self-host client and backend.
Otherwise, I welcome everyone to use my working version.
