What's the best practice when running plesk repair web?

When you run a Plesk repair it asks a series of questions. I was curious what the best practice is when running this to update the template? All yes?

I haven't asked this question to Plesk support team but in my case I use :

# let plesk detect custom template
plesk repair web -n
# rebuild vhost with custom template
plesk repair web -y -domains-only

I will create a thread on Plesk forum to make sure it's the best way to proceed
