Remove Protractor E2E tests #7
Description
If we do decide to switch to Cypress for our E2E tests, then we probably want to remove the handful of Protractor E2E tests that we added. It's not clear, though, whether we want to remove all references to the Protractor/Angular E2E stuff, or just our tests.
