Add Bulk Document Tagging

Add a bulk document tagging method that takes the following inputs:

• Index
• Document type
• Documents it should run over (all, or just a subset)
• Field to add it to
• Tag to add
• If tag should be added, removed (specific tag or all tags), or replaced (specific tags)
