This outputs a default report, but also keeps the data files. They can be found under `target/coverage`. The generated test binaries are required for generating a report or showing the coverage.

This is a first draft that generates a default report. Not sure what the best way is to integrate this with the other repos. If that is even desired. The binary files are required for report generation and one must use the correct version of llvm. It might be the best to combine the generated text reports.
