Don't know why functional tests are not working [Help Wanted]

So I haven't been able to get functional tests working here. 

Something strange that I noticed is that for the in memory builds, that webpack seems to be for some reason including a bunch of other source code into the in mem bundle. If you uncomment the current functional tests you can see this. 

Would love help here as I'm quickly pushing out a few tiny modules and need some help there.
