"How to create a root page" should include instructions for adding minimal TypoScript #717
Description
The "How to create a root page" page should also include instructions for adding minimal TypoScript, or as a minimum inform the reader that the created page won't work because it is missing basic configuration. Currently, the instructions only instructs the user to create a root page. https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/tutorial-getting-started/13.4/en-us/FirstProject/CreateRootPage.html
A possible solution would be to include the instructions to add the basic TypoScript added by TYPO3's Install Tool when creating a new page.
It would also be good to add a warning informing the user that this page is not for beginners, and that the Introduction Package Instructions set up a more complete site.
