We’ve updated this section with new details highlighting the importance of “Scheduled Tasks” and “Mail Log.”

• Scheduled Tasks:
  After the approval process is completed, the system will automatically schedule the email to be sent — usually about 10 minutes after completion. You can also choose to manually send the email here, or manually trigger the email sending again if necessary.

• Mail Log:
  This section displays the history of all sent emails, whether successful or failed. You can also retrieve your API Key directly from the email content for convenience.
