Now line on Day View doesn't use accent color

Where did this happen?

Expected Behavior

The now line on the day view should use the same accent color as the reminder and now line on the week view.

Current Behavior

The now line on the day view is yellow

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to / and view the now line and reminder
2. Go to /day and notice how the lines are different colors

Possible Solution

Use tailwind (not styled-components).

Context

Having consistent styling helps give Compass a unified feel, which is more important than ever, now that we have 3 views. It also makes it easier to add theming support, as it allows us to simply change the accent color in one place.

As we add support for more priorities and colors, re-using a consistent accent color will also reduce the visual "loudness" of the core calendar, allowing users to associate the primary colors with their priorities.
