Add a way to take screenshots when giving feedback

Part of MLH's feedback process includes folks without Github accounts, and one of the things that helps when giving feedback a lot is a screenshot of the page as it is. We still like the idea of having Github issues, but we don't necessary want people to make github accounts to add a manual screenshot to the issue.
