[FR] Way to change outer sidebar color separate from ribbon and top of window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm using a Timeline plugin and I'm looking for a way to customize the timeline body textbox color in ITS without also changing the color for the ribbon and top of the page (see photos).
I haven't found any buttons in Style Settings that changes the part I want without also impacting another part of the workspace. If I've just missed something, please let me know.

Please add a button to Colors > Workspace that allows you to customize the Timeline body text boxes (which is connected to Outer Sidebar in style settings) separately from the rest of the workspace.
