Add hardware accelerated alt implementation templates for version 3.6

The v3.6.x releases of STM's mbedTLS adaption are missing the hardware accelerated "alt" implementation templates, which used to be included in the Release v2.16.2_20241010 version. For example library/templates/aes_alt_template.c etc.

Please publish versions of those templates compatible with mbedTLS 3.6.

Justification

Without those "alt" implementation drivers, the hardware accelerated CRYPT and HASH peripherals of STM32 MCUs cannot be utilised.
