[+] Nav bar

As a developer I want a nice nav bar + mobile layout.

Acceptance criteria:
This component should be part of the ng-sq-ui/common module.
Mobile layout should expand with animation.
Menu items should be configurable programmatically (e.g: as an array of objects, where one object represents a single menu item)
