Pull x86 build updates from Ingo Molnar:

 - Reduce &lt;asm/bootparam.h&gt; dependencies

 - Simplify &lt;asm/efi.h&gt;

 - Unify *_setup_data definitions into &lt;asm/setup_data.h&gt;

 - Reduce the size of &lt;asm/bootparam.h&gt;
