AWS Custom Region Option

Hi, it would be great to have an option to input a custom region when using AWS as an API provider. This could be configured a number of ways including a "custom" option in the drop down which opens a text box for users to type in the specified region or an option to use the region set in the AWS Profile. The codebase indexing already supports this feature and the AWS SDK that Roo leverages has support for all regions baked in.
