• added seperate value for changing the battle animation speed
• reworked the scaling function used to calculate the animation speed to be more linear.
• moved co banners to the game resource folder to make them moddable.
• changed tag search to only return tag entries on the wiki page

• fixed road movement costs during snow
• fixed a script variable bug returning floats as int rendering sanjuro's D2D kinda useless.
