Features:

• Added option to leave a multiplayer game in the lobby and still be part of the game. --> So you can join multiple games at once and asynchron.
• Editor got some sounds when placing terrain/buildings
• Perks no have a cost and game rules allow to set an amount of costs and maximum number of perks, so you can have more balanced setups with perks
• Improved some layouts of menus
• Added option to delete several bannlist. Also added confirmation messages when overwriting and deleting them.
