[Proposal] Remove codes of Rabbit-OJ-Judger-v1 #13
Description
The Rabbit-OJ-Judger-v1 is based on Golang, its currently no longer under maintaince.
Current behavior: Deprecation warning.
Codes should be removed in January 1, 2021.
