Have a stable, GPU-accelerated backend for simulating analog evolution.
Describe the solution you'd like
Conversion of a time-dependent Hamiltonian into a qutip time generator, run in qutip (possibly with GPU backend [1]), then convert back to bitstring measurements or other data analysis back in bloqade. This also enables easier noise modeling #1051.
