CustomLabel static bold and italic isn't selectable for me

I just installed the CustomLabel control in my Dynamics CRM environment, and it really fills a need for me, I don't understand why there isn't any label control as default in Dynamics.

However, as you can see in the attached screendump, I only have the option to bind the bold property, not use the static true/false value. Same goes for the Italic option...

Wonder why?
