Dynamic height needed to auto-shrink where total rows is less than max rows

currently you can expand to fill space with a max number of rows.
if we have set it to 50 rows and only 22 rows exists then it leaves a lot of white space.
would be great to have it auto-shrink to total rows

yes we could reduce max rows to 22 but then it wouldnt expand to the max of 50.
