Can't use on windows python3.6

Even after I fix all the print statements, the unit tests all failed and prompted:
OSError: [WinError 127] The specified procedure could not be found

Print statements are all fixed in version 0.9.2. No planned support for windows however, since I have no windows environment to test in currently. Please submit a PR if you find a solution!
