Update docs for the components API (#15387)

* Add missing SDK examples for the triggers API
* Document the deployed trigger events API
* Document the new endpoints to manipulate listeners of a deployed
  trigger
* Improve TypeScript examples
* Fix some response types in SDK to account for objects nested
  under the `data` field
