Build a NAP

The Network Access Panel (NAP) is just an Ubiquiti Rocket on a plate with a 15V Buck/Boost converter and PoE injector. See the latest tube spec (v13) for more information on the model number of the base station and layout of the NAP.

This is useful for testing of the pod because we can use the actual hardware that will be in the tube, and given that there will not be tons of room on pod 3, and possibly different shell configurations, mounting an OTS router in the NAP bay may not be possible
