I am facing a problem when using the stepup authentication only if am already logged in with a lower auth (username/password):

looks like some retries but no response
does someone ever faced something like this

the server debug logs will tell you what is going on

Sure here are they I did lower the log level to debug to see al what happens :

that looks ok to me: the server sends an HTML response with an auto-refresh that should trigger the redirect to the Provider; probably there's a browser setting interfering with this (e.g. IE security?)

Not really I am using chrome. This only happens when I have a mod_auth_openidc_session. when deleted it works and redirects to the login page but in this case tI do not think the OIDCUnAutzAction is not triggered or ?

it is triggered but the browser somehow does not handle the refresh page; I've tested your config locally and it works; I'm afraid there's not much more that I can do here; you could get commercial support to debug your setup via sales@zmartzone.eu
