OIDC_ID_TOKEN token cached beyond expiration

Configured with Azure AD. where the ID token is having an expiry of ~1 hour
But the token seems to be getting cached beyond that and never refreshed

I want to configure so, the ID token should get auto refreshed in the backend before passing down, until the session is valid (12 hrs)

Here is my config
