Current behavior

Currently there is no user interface to add an asset. there no controller to manage asset.

Expected behavior

There should be an asset controller with necessary functionality to add and manage asset.
asset controller should have following functionality

[ ]  List of all asset
[ ] List of asset by status
[ ] asset Bulk checkout to user
[ ] Requested asset list
[ ] Deleted asset list
[ ] Asset Maintenances 
[ ] Bulk audit list
[ ] Maintenance create for asset
[ ] checkout an asset
[ ] Other... Please describe:

Hardware Controller added as a asset controller. need to modify Index method and view.
