facility inspection data idea #75
Description
here is the ODO department facility inspections - they are corresponding to output columns T U V . in accordions on the HTML i think not lazyloaded (at a glance). could be nice to have available. since there are multiple inspections it could be:

optional gathering of URLS . could be comma delimited eg --include-all-inspections--urls

additional command line available to fetch inspection files per facility? (eg ice_scraper.py [ --download-inspections-all or --download-inspections-latest ] --name=Baker .. loosely word matched to the facility name ? and stuck in the output folder

the source is here https://www.ice.gov/foia/odo-facility-inspections it goes back to 2011.
it appears the inspections are run by teams from each field office, about 8 personnel half contractors from places with weird names like "creative corrections". anyway there is a fair amount of grim details in those PDFs that are not getting reported anyway regularly in the media.
