Is grid-based transformation support planned?

I am interested in whether ProjNet4GeoAPI plans to support grid-based transformations for high-accuracy datum shifts, such as those defined by EPSG:9910 (e.g., NTv2, or other grid shift methods). Like this is done in the porj library (https://proj.org/en/stable/resource_files.html#transformation-grids).

Is there any intention to add support for these types of transformations in the future, or is this outside the scope of the project?
