Remove some @Deprecated constructors and methods from the Client #104
Description
As a result of removing the deprecated Screen constructor some gradle dependencies can be omitted:
com.google.guava:guava:18.0org.javassist:javassist:3.18.2-GAorg.jsoup:jsoup:1.7.2
The org.reflections:reflections:0.9.10 is also redundant because of entity-migration
