lighter package for intervals? #3
Description
IRanges is nice, but it can be a real pain for intervals, especially for having to be in memory (even though it works hard to keep things ligher weight).
There is another package, intervals that may be easier to work with. I'm hoping it will play nice with data structures we can have on disk, related to #4 .
