[Misc]: The integrity check of KVCache corresponding to block ID in the storage backend #314

The lookup interface in ucmstore checks whether a specific key/block ID exists in the underlying storage’s hash table. Does it also verify the integrity of the KVCache?
For example, under the TP4 case, if only one TP shard was successfully stored, will this interface still return True?
How would you like to use ucm.
I want to run inference of a [specific model](put link here). I don't know how to integrate it with unified.
