duplicated names are not allowed in package.order files #293
Description
In MetroscopeModelingLibrary the name LMTDFuelHeater is duplicated in the package.order file. Each name (of sub-package or model or ...) in the package.order file must be unique. Sometimes a duplication may occur when the IDE crashes (normally said files are not manually modified).
OpenModelica rises an error if a name duplication is found in the pakage.order file while Dymola simply ignores the duplication.
The right way is to clean the double name.
