[Feature] : creation of a fluegases component for heat loss (leak?)

context
Need for modeling a loss of enthalpy between the GT outlet and the HRSG inlet.
Not yet clear if it is just heat loss, or a leak which would imply massflow loss also.

What is observed : a temperature decrease.

The heat loss is already implemented in WaterSteam, mostly need to copypaste it
