Bulk issues edition error

Hello. I find an issue with the Bulk edition.

Environment:

When I try to make a Bulk edition - receive a pop-up with pop-up with NO URL (https://prnt.sc/N3ldNTGdjAg5)

Issues --> check a few issues --> click the right button on these issues --> receive pop-up.
