4.1.x release - error during installing

Hi,
I have tried to install the version 4.1.x on my Remdine but I have faced unexpected error:

Git error: command git fetch --force --quiet --tags "/home/redmine/.bundle/cache/git/rich-50774502e3893a04be60fd735c8f2c96bc68acea" in directory /usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-2.6.0/bundler/gems/rich-f55b07f10af has failed

Other plugins were installed just before without any error. Can someone give my suggestion about how to solve this issue?

@karagounis78 I can't see any reference to ruby/rails problem, only a git issue. Please, provide more clear explanation of error related with the plugin.
