Linkstack Docker has extremly long loadtimes between pages

I got the problem that my linkstack docker instance is extremly slow, it take forever to switch between pages, i tried reinstalling multiple times and got different sevices running on the VM (on a R740xd) and Linkstack is the only one thats extremly slow (4-10 sec loadtimes per page) when i look at my browsers analytics it shows that the initial awnser takes that long. (I also tried via domain or direct ip to check if it may be a routing problem

Do anybody got the same problem, just let me know if you need further informations.
