support Vuetify

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I tried to use vuetify and after creating a simple text-field it didn't show up in the popup and I noticed an error in the console of the popup says "Cannot read property 'rtl' of undefined". after some troubleshooting it seems like the $vuetify global variable is not passed to the plugin.
