Adding Content Explanation

This task will be adding comments to help the user understand the code and also to inform the user of code features and functionalities available.

• Figure out what step to start from
• Figure out which features are going to be included
• What should the intro title of the notebook be
• Determine the order of demonstrated features
• Determine how to explain each exercise
