Ctrl+Shift+L should open current library directory

Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Open two different libraries in different folder
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+L, which is the shortcut key for "Opening terminal here"
3. The terminal is opened, but the directory is not the currently opened library

On the other hand, there are "Open terminal here" in both Library and View menu, and also one in the tab context menu
