ENH: Fix Node.js warnings linked to GitHub actions

Fix `Node.js` warnings linked to GitHub actions: bump
`actions/checkout@v4`.

Take advantage of the commit to bump `upload-artifact@v4` and
`actions/setup-python@v5`.

Fixes:
