CMP Validator Fixes #211
Description
This summer we went through a compliance process with the IAB Europe CMP Validator:

The results indicated that we had a few changes/updates to make (see attached).

Lukas and the cpex team made the changes in the PR: #204
IAB Europe has noted that these changes for compliance with the validator needed to be in production last week, so we need to get this merged (or fix the issues noted in the attach doc separately so that we can merge without as many conflicts).
