How to build and run mcp_example_client and mcp_example_server on Windows?

I attempted to build this repository on a Windows environment, but encountered many missing headers, features, and definitions that do not exist on Windows, which blocked the compilation process.

I would like to ask:

1. Does the current repository officially support building on Windows?
2. If yes, could you please provide detailed build and usage instructions for mcp_example_client and mcp_example_server on Windows?

If Windows is not yet supported, is there a roadmap or plan for supporting it?

@nblog thanks for bringing this up. TBH, the build system is only tested on macOS and Linux.

We will work on Windows build, but will be using mingw most likely to make it simple.
