PlatformIO & esp8266-rtos-sdk V3.2

Hello!
Does this library runs in PlatformIO?
I'm quite new ont c/c++ and I trying to use it but I get a lot of compiling errors:

esp_err.h:128:47: error: 'ESP_FILE' undeclared (first use in this function)
error: 'portTICK_PERIOD_MS' undeclared (first use in this function)

and may others.
