[Feature/Bug?] Use native window bar on linux

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Having a window different from my customization makes it look out of place. I use KDE as my default Desktop Environment, it has a ton of customizability, one of which is the window decorations.

Describe the solution you'd like Just have an option to use the native or system window

As this issue is still present on this fork and searching this project's issue tracker revealed nothing I am forwarding this report here. This issue is especially inconvenient for users who have the menu bar buttons set to appear on the left corner of the window, as shown in the screenshot above.

More than a “bug,” it's probably intentional. Using the user's native window is fine, but it would probably make the app's design less distinctive; it wouldn't be a completely fluent design anymore, I guess.

Now, in Fluent Flame, personally, I don't dislike the idea, but it should be optional and not the default. I tested what another user did, and yes, it is possible, but I don't have the expertise to carry this out, so we'll wait and see what those who contribute code think.

@CrystalSplitter Do you have any thoughts on this? If you find it interesting, the window-test branch is there if you want to do something.

For me as I said, I don't dislike it as an optional feature, but I like that the app has its own window border.

I think we should add this, because a number of DEs don't handle snapping correctly with the custom window border. I'm already aware of the issue, and this is the cleanest and most concrete fix that I'm aware of.

In fact, the MacOS version of the app already does this! The problem is having a toggle, because it has to be configured at app launch.

I also have been meaning to play around with re-adding the native controls: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/tutorial/custom-title-bar#add-native-window-controls-windows-linux and keeping our custom title-bar configuration. See if we can come up with anything that's a hybrid between the two. But who knows.

Oh, when I said it should be optional, I was thinking more along the lines of what Chromium does: by default, it uses its own window border style, but the user can choose to use the system's style. But anyway, I'm fine with simply using the native border by default If necessary, owo

Worst case scenario, you could always just add some additional text to the option stating that it will apply when the app is relaunched.
