[Feature] Edit sources while feeds are updating

Currently, when we start the app and or in any time that app fetching feeds from sources, it blocks to editing source in Setting > Sources

Please Unblock this if possibe!

Imagine you want open app to add a source (not reading feed), currently you Should wait to update feed process ends. this is a little anoyying!

I believe that's to prevent consistency issues between the IndexedDB tables, preventing a user from getting into a broken source/item state.

Perhaps the solution would be to interrupt syncing and throw out the sync results?

This isn't a trivial fix, but will keep it on the radar.

Note:

It locks entire settings page!
mean, you can not work with any of Sources / Groups / Rules / Preferences / About

Yeah it's just a div that gets rendered in place of the settings tab.

Ah! it's painful! for large feed list, it means you should wait too much to be able to change app settings
