option to remove, or move reconnected notification

Description

There's a terribly placed popup that notifies of a reconnection. And it stays on screen for some time blocking the interface.

I'd like an option to remove this as it's in a bad spot the blocks the buttons I need.

I'd rather see the UI greyed out with a screen centred text "reconnecting..." Then soon as the connection is available that's gone.

Have you provided an initial effort estimate for this issue?

Ah no! I couldn't find anything! Will this should do the job then!

Did you close this because those settings have solved your problem or was that accidental?

Ah no it's still happening. I thought the option removed the popup, but it still persists.

Which popup exactly? There are two, the connection failure notification and the reconnecting notification. How have you got it configured now?

I've disabled both. However the popup still appears briefly. It's an improvement so I'm happy to close if it's unlikely to be looked into 👍

I am surprised that you want to remove the popup that says that you are currently disconnected from the server.

I just changed both settings to see how it goes l. I'll likely enable it again. I've noticed that the interface still works once it reconnects anyway, so I can press buttons while disconnected, then it's send automatically when reconnected which is handy 😌
