Create reusable workflows #161
Description
Current situation
I modify the workflow in the template repository, the latest event repository and maybe the previous year event repository.
The more repositories I have, the harder is to keep the workflows updated with improvements, as I have to copy & paste at every single repo.
Proposal
Create reusable workflows, each job should be a reusable action. Then the workflow should be modified to use the reusable action.
