Handle deleting files.

Currently, this action doesn't delete any files even if they don't exist upstream anymore.

This is intended to make bind mounts within the same directory possible, however it presents issues, today I faced one because the web server kept mounting a deprecated config file causing issues, even when it was deleted upstream.
