Customize instructions for agents

Hi, great tool, very impressive work.
Would be great to add customization for agent instructions. E.g. tell the doc writer agent to only use *.cs files (for c# projects) and ignore unit tests projects.
Or focus on certain modules more than on others.
As each project is different this could really boost the usability of this project.
